Add up your full birth date
Take your birth month, day and full year. Reduce each to a single digit, then add the three results and reduce again. Working in parts keeps master numbers visible.
A worked example
For 14 March 1990: month 3; day 14 → 1+4 = 5; year 1990 → 1+9+9+0 = 19 → 1+9 = 10 → 1. Then 3 + 5 + 1 = 9. The Life Path Number is 9.
Watch for master numbers
If any step totals 11, 22 or 33, you keep it rather than reducing — these 'master numbers' carry special weight in numerology.
